Great experience overall. JoAnne was very helpful and proactive. The only part of the process that could have gone a little better was my dealings with the Title Company. The settlement officer seemed unprepared at closing, and ended up requiring me to meet the day after closing to sign documents he said I wouldn't need to sign. He was also late for followup meeting. New World Title Company has been very slow to provide a copy of all of the closing documents to me since additional signatures were required. Overall, I was less than pleased with New World Title company. JoAnne was great though!

JoAnne was a pleasure to work with! We had a quick turnaround to find a home but she made it happen! I was so impressed with how dedicated she was to helping us find our home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy.
